This three-dimensional indoor structure, built in a circle with a diameter of 140 m with no columns, is one of the greatest sport arenas in Europe. The low risks for fires, the big open-spaces and the height of the arena, made the application of fire protections unnecessary for the steel structure. The whole structure has been protected from the corrosion, with a guarantee of 15 years, by using a special painting. The gentle game between the natural light and the structure in painted steel creates an indoor space of harmonious quality.
