Natural heating

Costruzione fabbricati in acciaio

This office building is the tallest building in Europe and, strange for a skyscraper, the reduction of the environmental impact was one of the major concerns during the planning stage.

Some particular characteristics are therefore been incorporated in the sustainable buildings.

Above all it’s important the use of light and of the natural heating to reduce the energy requirements.

This has been possible thank to a steel structure made up of perforated pipes, which exploits the thermal capacity of mixed-floors buildings as a key subject to reduce the heating demand.
